What to expect
Step 1
Your order is packed
Every bonnet is checked, folded and boxed by hand. Please allow 1–2 business days before dispatch — orders placed at the weekend are packed on the next working day.
Step 2
You get a tracking link
As soon as your box leaves us you receive a shipping email with a tracking number. You can also look your order up any time with your order number and email.
Step 3
It arrives boxed
Bonnets ship in a rigid gift box with a care card, so the silk arrives crease-free and ready to gift or wear.
Refunds & exchanges
Cancellations
- Changed your mind? Cancel from the Track Order page for a full refund within one hour of placing your order, as long as it has not shipped.
- After that, just reply to your confirmation email — if the order is still unshipped we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds
- Damaged, defective or the wrong colour? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the item in full, including what you paid for shipping.
- Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Return shipping on a faulty or incorrect item is on us — we email you a prepaid label.
Exchanges
- Want a different colour? Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in the original box with the care card. Silk is a hair-care product, so we cannot resell anything that has been worn.
- You cover return postage on exchanges; we ship the replacement out free of charge.
Not covered
- Worn, washed or used bonnets, and items bought from a reseller rather than this site.
- Normal softening of the elastic after months of nightly wear — that is wear, not a fault. Our care guide shows how to make it last.
Questions
- Where do you ship to?
- We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses. Every price on the site is in US dollars and includes the applicable handling.
- How much is shipping?
- Standard shipping is $6.99 and express shipping is $14.99. Standard shipping is free once your subtotal reaches $75.00 — the bag tells you how much more you need.
- How long does delivery take?
- Add our packing time of one to two business days to the transit window: standard arrives in four to seven business days, express in one to three.
- Do I get a tracking number?
- Yes. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, and your order status is always available on the Track Order page.
- Can I return a silk bonnet?
- Unworn bonnets can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. We refund in full whenever an item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered.
- When will my refund reach me?
- Once a refund is approved it is issued the same day. Your bank then posts it, which usually takes five to ten business days.
